Tariffs

Prices for renting the villa are as a whole, not a person. Cancellation and travel insurance have to be to provided by oneself. For stays shorter than one month in Bali, you need a visa. Upon arrival at the airport in Denpasar you can buy stickers for about $ 25 or € 23.

Welcome pack breakfast / dinner, upon arrival Staff, domestic staff, gardener, Poolman, security. Use of linen, towels, bathrobes and towels, washing machine. Tourist tax is included.

There is € 1 a person each day charged for electricity, gas and water included. We reserve the right to deduct the excessive energy deposit. Environmentally friendly is to put the air conditionning on half an hour before bedtime.Thank you. An inventory of available documents will be checked by the staff on arrival and departure. We ask you, to avoid misunderstandings,to check this yourself, before and after. Any damage or missing items are obviously deducted from the deposit.

Depending on the occupancy of the villa, the guest house may be rented separately (Honeymoon?). For a rental period longer than 4 weeks, the price has to be agreed.
Villa Saffraan is possible to rent a day (minimum 3 days) depending on the occupation. All other details for booking and payment will be received after your booking.

Payment
Within two weeks after booking we require a deposit of 30% of the rent. After the deposit, your booking will be definitive and you will receive a confirmation. The balance of the rent with a deposit of € 150, a month before the final payment date. The deposit will be reimbursed within two weeks after your departure less energy and damage. For a cancellation and travel insurance, you provide your own or have the book in "European" via the site www.balivakantieverhuur.nl. Payment by credit card is possible.

Visa
For a holiday in Bali, you need a visa. This visa can be obtained on arrival in Denpasar. See above. A visa for longer than one month should be made through the embassy.
